is a YAA certified Hatha Yoga teacher. He has been practicing since 2000 and teaching since 2009 after completing more than 500hrs of teacher traning with Kathy Nash. His teaching style is 'hands on', responding to the needs of the students in class and providing lots of feedback.
Sean offers private individual and group classes (e-mail for more information). Classes are multi-level; beginners and experienced yogis are both welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and advise the teacher if you have any injuries or health concerns.
